The Cambridge North Dumfries OHT has benefited tremendously from a partnership with Amplify Care (formally the eHealth Centre of Excellence) to enhance and accelerate digital health priorities. The Integrated Care Manager has been embedded in OHT forums and working groups, quickly linking partners with existing solutions. The ICM has also coordinated and drafted proposals for digital health funding, ensuring our OHT is prepared to achieve our goals. This partnership adds significant value and enables near-real-time improvements.

What can Integrated Care Managers do for you?
Provide digital health expertise
Our ICMs bring extensive digital health expertise to help regional healthcare agencies to identify and implement digital health solutions tailored to their unique needs. They ensure that technologies align with clinical workflows and drive improvements in patient care.
Advise agency members
ICMs work directly with regional healthcare agencies to advise on the best options and availability of digital health solutions. They assist leadership in setting priorities and aligning digital health strategies with overall care objectives.
Support strong primary care collaboratives
We help Primary Care Collaboratives develop and strengthen their integrated care pathways by providing guidance on achieving key deliverables related to digital health, ensuring seamless integration into everyday healthcare practices.
